Purchase Terms and Conditions

Min quantity: A minimum of 1 box is required for each order. Chestnut Flooring reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of any product or of any purchase.Delivery: Shipping lead time is 10 days. All delivery times are estimates. You should not schedule installation until you receive the product.  Online sale products are only sold via the website. Samples are available in store.  

Returns and Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, or exchange the product for another one of the same value or lower. Returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt and only with a valid receipt of purchase. Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes. Any product that is returned must be unused, in the same condition it you received it in, and in the original packaging.   UPDATE – APRIL 2020: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, no returns or exchanges will be accepted until further notice In order to submit a refund, please contact: info@chestnutflooring.ca and reference your order number. A representative from Chestnut Flooring will then contact you back and co-ordinate shipment of returned products. Shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. If you are exchanging the product for another product of the same or lower value, you are also responsible for the cost of shipping. After receiving and assessing the returned products, we will then confirm your refund, and if all conditions are met, a full refund will be given within 30 days to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
