Introducing you to an infinite range of possibilities
When designing a custom flooring layout, the possibilities really are limitless. Some of the varying factors that can be incorporated include, but are not limited to:
Floor materials / wood species: Hardwood comes in a wide range of wood species, each with their own unique strengths and characteristics. Some examples of wood species that we work with include: Oak, Maple, Ash, Brazilian Cherry, Hickory, Walnut, Mahogany, and many more.
Plank size: As we offer custom milling, we’re able to create planks in a range of sizes including extra wide & long planks – a popular look that is widely desired among many.
Patterned Designs & Trims: Patterned floors are a great way to provide great character to any space. Patterns can be cohesively integrated with custom trims and other floor plank styles to create a sophisticated one-of-a-kind look.
Creating a beautiful synergy between your floors and your overall home design & configuration
In addition to creating a custom flooring style that is brilliantly captivating, floors also have to integrate well with the rest of the home’s design as well as it’s functional and structural characteristics.
The sub-floor, which is the structural layer on which the floors are installed on, play a significant role in determining which flooring type and installation method is ideal to use. For example, a wooden sub-floor can facilitate a wide range of both engineered and solid hardwood installation approaches (such as the nail-down / staple-down methods), whereas in the case of a concrete sub-floor, engineered floors using the glue-down method would be preferred.
In addition to the structural aspect, floors should also complement the overall aesthetics of the space. Custom designs can be further accentuated with thoughtful integration of trims, baseboards, crown-moldings, and other design features.
Our in-house flooring experts are fully rounded and knowledgeable in all aspects of custom floor planning – from aesthetics to functional considerations.

The process involved carefully designing the pattern layout within Autocad, and then carefully fabricating the two flooring materials into a single unit.
This is just an example of the many creative styles that we have developed. Visit us at our showroom to see more real-life examples of some of our past executions.
